Craft Digital

How requests work

Three types of post-launch work.

Fix it → included. Make it better → credits. Build something new → scope it.

The principle

Fix it. Make it better. Build something new.

Included · 0 credits

Fix it.

Something Craft built is not operating as intended.

  • Bug
  • Broken workflow
  • Failed integration
  • Existing functionality not working properly
  • Required compatibility update
Uses Enhancement Credits

Make it better.

Improvement to existing Craft-built infrastructure.

  • Improve workflow
  • Add field
  • Add filter
  • Improve interface
  • Add notification
  • Modify reporting
  • Improve AI behavior
  • Extend existing functionality
Separately scoped

Build something new.

Materially new capability or infrastructure.

  • New application
  • New module
  • New department workflow
  • Major new integration
  • Major architectural change
  • Significant new capability

Additional capacity

Need more capacity? No problem.

If an enhancement needs more credits than are available, Craft shows you the additional investment before any work begins. You choose what happens next.

Option 1

Approve additional capacity

Option 2

Prioritize the work for a future cycle

Option 3

Discuss whether it should become a separately scoped project

Supplemental Enhancement Credits may be purchased for $500 each. Your included monthly credit allocation is determined by your Managed Infrastructure Agreement and is not calculated from your total monthly spend. Craft confirms the number of additional credits required — and the investment — before any work begins.
