Custom pricing
Custom Enhancement Credit allocation
For multiple systems, specialized environments, enterprise infrastructure, Voice Agents, or bundled relationships. Capacity is based on:
- Number of systems
- Complexity
- Business criticality
- Integrations
- Operational requirements
- Enhancement needs
Managed Infrastructure tiers apply to the systems covered by your Managed Infrastructure Agreement — not your total monthly spend with Craft. Other Craft services may be billed separately or included within a Custom relationship.
Clients with multiple systems, Voice Agents, bundled services, or more complex environments may use a Custom Managed Infrastructure arrangement with pricing and Enhancement Credits configured around the infrastructure Craft manages.

Defined by your agreement
Your monthly Enhancement Credit allocation is defined in your Managed Infrastructure Agreement. Credits reset at the start of each billing cycle and do not automatically roll over. Craft reserves team capacity for your infrastructure every month, whether or not every credit is used.

The monthly fee and Enhancement Credit allocation are configured around the managed environment. Custom pricing reflects the total environment and Craft's ongoing responsibility — credits are not calculated from the fee.
